Michaud Cooley Erickson provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing services to remodel the 27,000-square-foot landmark. Our team designed the HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems for the building, which include energy-efficient and sustainable features.
MCE helped transform the second floor into an office space and the third floor into an event space, which can host various functions and activities. Our work helped to revitalize the Landmark Mercantile Building and make it a functional and attractive space for the city.
