We assisted the Microsoft Minneapolis campus in relocating to a new building in the downtown area of Minneapolis. Alongside a thorough decommissioning initiative of the old space, we provided full MEP services, including providing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services for the renovation and enhancement of the selected location.

One of the challenges of this project was the limited wall space due to the floor-to-ceiling windows surrounding the office. Great for natural light, not so great for receptacle space. Although the walls were furred out, there wasn’t always a location to feed the office furniture. To solve this, our team coordinated with the architect to select a product to cleanly and safely deliver the power to the workstations via a shallow surface-mounted product.
We succeeded in helping Microsoft support the growth and transformation of their local business unit, designing a structure to meet their quality standards.
