We completed the MEP design for the LISI manufacturing facility. Components of the facility included a wide-span structure manufacturing space, an office remodel, loading dock with overhead crane, and storage space.

Some of the key points for the MEP design included a full sprinkler system with fire pumps, hazardous material fire protection calculations, DI process water loop uniformly spaced taps, compressed air grid with uniform spaced tabs, and nitrogen and oxygen bulk storage and distribution piping.
Other components included a specialized smoke purge system, removable oil mist collection filters for the rooftop unit return air openings, an electrical power grid on manufacturing floor, and an emergency generator. Additionally, we designed a contained wash-down room that collected contaminated water in a tank to be pumped for offsite treatment.
