The Guthrie Theater is located in the historic Mills District on the south bank of the Mississippi River in Downtown Minneapolis. We designed the MEP systems and also completed commissioning for this three-stage theater complex. The facility is 250,000 square feet, which includes a 25,000 square foot scene shop.

We engineered the MEP systems and commissioned this three-stage theater complex, the Guthrie Theater, in the historic Mills District on the south bank of the Mississippi River in Downtown Minneapolis. The 250,000 square foot facility also has a 25,000 square foot scene shop, classroom space for over 100,000 students who join the Guthrie education programs annually, a parking ramp, food services, skyway and gift shops. We designed the complex to meet the needs and vision of the Guthrie Theater, which is a cultural landmark and a national center for theater performance and education.
