Creating a space to host these one-of-a-kind artistic piece’s required excellence and creativity in our MEP, lighting, and fire protection engineering design services. Our team helped transform the pre-existing office warehouse facility to the Art Museum seen today. Because the main function of the facility is to display artwork, the renovation required specialty lighting design. Unique lighting was equip in the 5000 square feet of exhibition space to enhance the spectacular art represented.
Upon completion of a successful design, the CAT Museum was selected as a finalist for the Minnesota Real Estate Journal (MREJ) Interior Design-Hospitality Category. We were proud to partner with CAT and help them achieve their mission to “to provide an aesthetic and educational experience through our collection for the benefit of the public.”
