The University of Minnesota 17th Avenue Residence Hall and The Target Field Transit Station won Best In Real Estate Awards.  The University of Minnesota 17th Avenue Residence Hall was the winner of the Student Housing Development or Redevelopment In Real Estate Award and The Interchange won for the Industrial & Warehouse Development Award.  Both were shown in the April 26th, 2013 issue in a special section of Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
