The Maslon LLP Remodel transformed approximately 35,000 square feet across two floors of Capella Tower into a modern workplace designed to promote collaboration, flexibility, and employee well-being. MCE provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and technology design services, integrating updated building systems within the existing high-rise environment to support conference spaces, client meeting rooms, and open collaboration areas. Designed in alignment with WELL Core Certification v2 guidelines, the project emphasizes occupant comfort, sustainability, and a high-quality workplace experience.

At the pinnacle of Minneapolis’ skyline, MCE aided in the innovative remodel of floors 29 and 30 at Capella Towers, crafting a new home for Maslon, LLP. MCE reimagined the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems along with the lighting design and technology systems to be meticulously integrated to serve Maslon’s dynamic needs.
Spanning 35,000 square feet, this project showcases a suite of amenities designed to foster collaboration and innovation. training & conference rooms stand ready for significant events, while open collaboration spaces invite informal interactions. Enclosed meeting rooms, equipped with the latest technology, provide intimate settings for client engagements. These spaces are all aligned with the WELL Core Certification v2 guidelines, ensuring optimal air, water, light, thermal comfort, and a sense of community.
Our intimate knowledge of Capella Towers, gained through years of experience, allowed us to navigate this project with expertise and finesse.
