Peter J. King Family Foundation Leadership Center, is a new building for the Northern Star Council Boy Scouts of America. The new 42,000-square-foot facility offers additional, focused learning through leadership experiences.

The facility features a Leadership Lab with a Leadership Chamber Room that provides an immersive experience for learning. It also has an outdoor climbing tower and a high ropes and challenge course for team building. The facility can accommodate up to 150 participants in its multiple meeting rooms and welcome space. It also has an expanded Scout Shop for Scouting uniforms, materials, and supplies. We partnered with the Center to engineer the fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and technology and lighting systems, creating a space designed to foster growth of our youth.
