Building II is a manufacturing facility of approximately 300,000 square feet. This building features clean room production spaces, general production areas, lab space, technical support space, a warehouse, and a corporate cafeteria that serves up to 1,000 people. This building contains an interstitial space that allows for mechanical and electrical work to take place without shutting down key production areas.

Building III is a 150,000 square foot research and development facility, which includes 50,000 square feet of research and development lab space, 10,000 square feet of meeting space including a 250-person presentation room, and office areas. We also helped design an expansion to this facility, bringing the total building area to 260,000 square feet. Daylighting was incorporated into Building III and is LEED Silver certified.
