Boston Scientific’s Maple Grove Campus is a state-of-the-art campus for medical research and manufacturing. We designed the MEP and special systems for three buildings on the campus, which comply with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements for interventional medical manufacturing devices.

Building II is a 300,000 square foot manufacturing facility with clean room production spaces, general production areas, lab space, technical support space, a warehouse, and a cafeteria for up to 1,000 people. It also has an interstitial space that enables mechanical and electrical work without disrupting production.
Building III is a research and development facility with 50,000 square feet of lab space, 10,000 square feet of meeting space, a 250-person presentation room, and office areas. It covers 150,000 square feet and has an expansion of 110,000 square feet that we also designed. Building III has daylighting features and is LEED Silver certified.
