This convenient coffee shop located on the skyway level of the 333 South Seventh Street Building in a thriving Minneapolis Central Business District location. Dunn Bros was warmly greeted by building tenants as a busy spot to have a casual meeting or grab a coffee, smoothie or snack. The space was previously used as a data center with raised floor.
Michaud Cooley Erickson reviewed the tenant’s food preparation equipment specifications, determining loads and designed the HVAC system for the space.
