Land O’ Lakes Headquarters

Michaud Cooley Erickson (MCE) provided full MEPF engineering services for their new headquarters building that would be connected to their existing headquarters. With a LEED Platinum certification, the MEP systems are designed to be 45 percent more energy efficient that ASHRAE performance standards.
