Dean has been the principal in charge of many major MCE office building, commercial, medical and computer facility projects. His responsibilities have included base building mechanical design as well as tenant fit-up and owner representation services. Dean provides his expertise in contracts, system concepts, studies and value engineering, design reviews and project monitoring. He’s served on industry panels and has lectured for the Building Owners and Managers Associates (BOMA) Real Property Administrators course series. He holds bachelors and masters degrees in mechanical engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, and is a registered professional engineer in 24 states.
