Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law principles thereof.  Any claim, controversary or dispute related to these Terms and Conditions, or your access to the MCE website, shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any arbitration may, but need not be, administered by the American Arbitration Association and shall be held in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  There shall be one arbitrator and the arbitration shall be in English.  You understand you are giving up your rights to have any disputes determined in a court before a judge or jury.
