Completion Date – Negotiated project. Construction documents were ready to issue when project was put on hold due to corporate mergers.

Square Footage –  224,415 SF on two floors

Raised Floor Square Footage –  77,000 SF – 38,500 SF per floor

Tier Level –  Electrically – Tier IV, Mechanically – Tier IV

Electrical Density –  135 watts/SF

UPS Configuration –  TRI-Redundant System. 5400 kw usable per floor.

Generators –  Seven (7) 2.5 MW generators initally (2N) and 12 ultimately, each connected to two (2) independant MV paralleling boards.

Chillers –  Two (2) MV utility services are provided for redundancy.  Four (4) 1,100-ton, centrifugal chillers (N+2) with space for two (2) additional.

Thermal Storage –  Two (2) 100,000 gallon storage tanks to provide condenser water makeup in the event of loss of city water.  Six (6) 18,800 gallon storage tanks to provide 10 minutes of chilled water backup during chiller restart.
