UPS Configuration –  Five (5) 750 KVA (N+1) modules connected in parallel redundant manner.  Supports IT load and continuous cooling.

Generators –  Three (3) 15kV, 2MW generators (N+2) connected to redundant generator paralleling gears (upgradable to twelve (12) 2MW generators); MCE is currently working on the design to add one (1) 2MW generator.

Chillers –  Chiller plant including two (2) 1000-ton chillers (N+1) upgradeable to six (6) chillers; dual chilled water distribution piping; 290,000 gallons of thermal storage for 90 minutes of chilled water backup.

Cooling Towers –  Two (2) 1000-ton cooling towers, each dedicated to an individual chiller lineup (N+1) upgradeable to six (6) cooling towers.
