As a corporate client, MCE was involved with the Target campus in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.  The project included a four-story office building with first floor, future retail space, and a mechanical penthouse.  This structure is located directly south of the existing Target Office Building 3.  The approximate square footage of the new building is 260,000 square feet.  The project also included a connecting link extending from the north side of the new Building 4 and connecting to the existing Building 3.  The connecting link has building services located on the first floor.
