Fire protection is a vital component in any building, and MCE’s fire protection engineering team has extensive experience in recommending and implementing solutions. Our in-house fire protection engineers are registered in the discipline, and have achieved the highest level of certification in sprinkler system layout and design. Other members of the group are specialists in fire detection and alarm systems. They collaborate with MCE’s mechanical and electrical engineers to fully integrate the fire protection and detection system with other building systems.

We coordinate our efforts with architects, contractors, insurance underwriters, risk managers and building and fire code officials to meet specific project demands. MCE’s expertise is especially valuable in high-risk environments, such as high-piled storage, clean rooms, data centers and computer rooms and high tech lab and manufacturing areas.
