We are inspired by this tool’s ability to assist us during the design phases, and how clearly it allows us to give our clients a visual understanding of what our designs will look like, and how they will function once constructed. More specifically, Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a design approach providing the construction team with more detailed documents from which to build. But also, it can provide the Owner with a real time document, commonly referred to as a 3D model that can be used by facilities to manage current and future systems.
