Joseph A. Tennyson Chief Administrative & Financial Officer Joe is a true Renaissance man in an age of specialization. He can dissect a contract, clarify an insurance or benefit question, resolve personnel issues, design the deferred compensation plan, analyze the general ledger, negotiate the line of credit, coordinate the firm’s social functions, organize the filing systems, invest the profit sharing plan capital, select the firm logo-wear, direct the board meetings and craft the policy & benefits manual. While his title is Chief Administrative & FinancialOfficer, Joe likes to describe his position as “I do everything except engineering. If it involves cfm, gpm, or kw, ask the other partners, anything else – I’m your guy. |
